PETER ROWLEDGE

Peter began his career as an electrical engineer in London and has a strong technical background in complex installations and building management.

He has led major projects across luxury residential, hospitality, medical, education and rail infrastructure. His shift into prime residential and commercial construction led to launching his own fit out company. Now based in the UAE for ten years, Peter continues to deliver world class projects with passion. He enjoys playing golf.

EDWARD KUHN

Edward is a dynamic and results driven project leader with over 20 years of international experience in construction and project management.

He has delivered large scale projects across civil infrastructure, schools, stadiums, high end residential developments and the family entertainment sector. Edward brings a hands on and solutions focused approach with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. He enjoys fishing, social golf and cycling.

CRAIG BROWN

Originally from Waterford Ireland, Craig is a highly efficient project manager with a natural ability to lead teams and deliver standout results.

Craig has managed projects in Ireland and previously worked in New York. Now in Dubai, he brings prime residential experience with a focus on detail and quality finishes. His leadership combines commitment, compassion and precision. Outside of work, Craig enjoys socialising, playing golf and watching sports.

TARA NIGHTINGALE

Tara is the Director of Engagement at ALTA VITA, where she drives strategic initiatives to enhance client relationships and foster collaboration. Her career began as an 
assistant to the CEO of a construction company in London, which evolved into one of the UK’s leading developers. With extensive experience in the construction sector, Tara has held key positions in various firms, culminating in her role at London’s premier development company. Her unique blend of expertise, leadership, and passion for sustainable development has made her a prominent figure in the industry, guiding teams toward innovative solutions in construction and engagement.

NICKY SANTOS

As a Project Coordinator with a background in Financial Management, I bring a unique blend of analytical and organizational skills to the team. I excel in clear communication,
ensuring seamless project flow and meeting deadlines. My flexibility and strong time management abilities allow me to adapt to dynamic situations and deliver successful outcomes.
Beyond work, I’m passionate about trying different restaurants, watching old movies, and enjoying anime. Walking and visiting peaceful places like the beach, simply sitting and watching the sunset, are very therapeutic for me.

ERIC NSHOM

Eric is a highly skilled, focused, and resourceful Health and Safety professional with 14 years’ work experience in EPC Oil and gas projects, Civil and Mechanical

Construction, Pipeline installations, Offshore Jetty Installation and Interior fit out projects in Northern Gulf Basra Iraq and Dubai UAE. I possess a reputation as a self-directed HSE professional with a proven background of high performance. I hold a Degree, NEBOSH IGC, IRCA Lead auditor certified and Level 6 Diploma in HSE Management.

I am renowned for actively supporting senior management in developing, implementing and monitoring health and safety compliances across all ALTA VITA construction project locations in line with the ALTA VITA Health and safety policy statement, local legislation and ISO 45001 Management systems standards.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing with my kids, watching soccer and also watching good action and comedy movies with my family.

TARA NIGHTINGALE

Tara is Director of Engagement at ALTA VITA, leading strategic efforts to strengthen client relationships and drive collaboration across the business.
Her career began as an assistant to a CEO in London and evolved into senior roles with leading construction firms. She brings deep industry knowledge and a passion for sustainable development to every project. Tara is known for her leadership, innovation and people first approach. Outside of work, she enjoys golf, pilates and socialising.

CHLOE O'KEEFFE

Chloe is a Chartered Accountant with broad experience in auditing and accounting for multinational companies across various sectors and regions.

She ensures compliance with international standards, applying professional judgment and a keen eye for detail. Chloe delivers accurate financial records and thorough audits that meet regulatory demands. Her focus on quality and integrity brings trusted insight to every project. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, gym and baking.

With a background in Financial Management, Nicky brings a blend of analytical thinking and calm coordination to her role as Project Coordinator.
She excels in communication, time management and adapting to changing priorities, helping projects flow smoothly and meet deadlines. Her organised and flexible approach supports consistent delivery. Outside of work, Nicky enjoys trying new restaurants, watching old movies and anime, walking by the beach and taking in peaceful sunsets.

GLEN MCRORY

Having attended college in Dublin in 2012, Glen went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Energy Management.
With 7 years experience he haa gone on to play an integral role in various different sectors including high rise residential, commercial and pharmaceutical projects across the UK and Ireland. Throughout his career he haa been exposed to high quality and standards which Glen has gained vital experience from. 
 
Glen play a crucial role within the team, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are designed, installed, and handed over to meet project requirements to the highest possible standards. Throughout the project’s life cycle, he worka closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate these systems seamlessly into the building’s overall structure. 

KRANTISH VERNECAR

A seasoned, highly experienced Civil Engineer with over 20 years of expertise in the field, holding a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a master’s degree in
Foundation Engineering and a PMP certification. He has developed a strong expertise executing complex projects across a broad range of industries, Internationally.
Throughout his career, Krantish has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of projects, including infrastructure development, industrial facilities, laboratories, warehouses, hospitality establishments, cinemas, schools, luxury villas, and residential apartments. As an expert in site supervision and construction execution, Krantish has been responsible for overseeing every stage of project implementation, from initial groundwork and foundation preparation to the final stages of building completion. This includes coordinating on-site activities, managing resources, troubleshooting complex design issues, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and upholding strict safety standards. He has built a reputation for hands-on leadership and technical excellence, with a proven ability to lead diverse teams, maintain project timelines, and provide innovative solutions that meet client expectations. He is known for his technical acumen, problem-solving capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail. With a strong reputation for collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
His broad experience and leadership skills, combined with the academic qualifications, make Krantish a trusted expert in the civil engineering field, committed to innovation and excellence in every project I undertake.

DINESH REDDY

An experienced Civil Engineer with over 12 years of expertise as a Project Engineer, approved from Dubai Municipality and Tarkhees, membership in Society of 

Engineers. My role within the team involves monitoring and evaluating subcontractor performance and implementing corrective actions if necessary. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring satisfaction. Communicating regularly with clients, updating them on project progress, and addressing concerns or changes in scope. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills and I am passionate about using my expertise to drive innovation and achieve success. I am committed to continuous growth and bringing value to every project I work on.

Eric is a focused and resourceful Health and Safety professional with 14 years of experience across major construction and oil and gas projects.

He has worked on EPC, pipeline, offshore and fit out projects across Iraq and the UAE. Known for his hands on approach, Eric supports senior management in upholding safety standards across all ALTA VITA sites in line with ISO 45001 and local legislation. He holds a Degree, NEBOSH IGC and Level 6 Diploma. In his spare time, he enjoys family time, watching soccer and action or comedy films.

Glen holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Energy Management and has seven years of experience across residential, commercial and pharma sectors.
He plays a key role in ensuring all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are delivered to the highest standards. He works closely with architects, contractors and engineers to ensure seamless integration from design through to handover. Glen has worked across the UK and Ireland. Outside of work, he enjoys football, golf and running.

KRANTISH VERNECAR

Krantish is a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience, holding degrees in Civil and Foundation Engineering along with PMP certification.
He has led projects across infrastructure, hospitality, education and residential sectors, with a reputation for hands on site leadership and precision. From groundwork to final handover, he ensures quality, safety and timely delivery. He works closely with stakeholders to meet client expectations. Outside of work, he enjoys watching cricket, travelling and socialising.

Pan Pan Thant Cho

Pan Pan graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from the Technology University, Taunggyi, Myanmar, in 2015. As a Quantity Surveyor in the team, she 

focuses on cost management, project planning, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. She is passionate about creating projects, solving problems, and continuously improving her skills. Outside of work, Pan Pan enjoy’s traveling, especially to ancient places, and finds relaxation in activities like walking along the beach or reading by the sea.

EI EI HTET

Ei Ei brings over nine years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Quantity Surveying and Project Engineering. In her role, Ei Ei focuses on 

cost estimation, preparing Bills of Quantities, evaluating project budgets, and ensuring seamless collaboration among stakeholders. She is passionate about delivering high-quality work while maintaining efficiency and adhering to strict timelines.

 
Outside of work, Ei Ei enjoys refining her skills, exploring innovative solutions in construction, and staying active. 

THAN HTOO NYAN

With over 8 years of experience in the construction industry, Than has honed his skills as a construction manager, overseeing a diverse range of projects from 

conception to completion. Their expertise includes project planning, budgeting, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. Throughout Than’s career, he has successfully managed teams, coordinated with clients, and handled complex challenges, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality projects. His goal is to continually build on his knowledge and experience to become a true expert in civil engineering, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions in every project they undertake.

With over 12 years of experience, he is a Dubai Municipality and Tarkhees approved Civil Engineer and a member of the Society of Engineers.

He monitors subcontractor performance, implements corrective actions when needed and serves as the main point of contact for clients. He maintains strong relationships, manages progress updates and ensures satisfaction across every stage of the project. Passionate about continuous growth, he brings dedication and expertise to every build he is part of.

Pan Pan Thant Cho

Pan Pan, a Civil Engineering graduate, is a dedicated Quantity Surveyor focusing on cost management, project planning, and smooth project execution.

She is passionate about creating projects, solving problems, and continuously improving her skills. With a strong focus on cost management, Pan Pan ensures projects run smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to ancient places, walking along the beach, and reading by the sea, finding peace in these activities.

EI EI HTET

Ei Ei brings over nine years of experience in construction, specializing in Quantity Surveying and Project Engineering, focusing on cost estimation and budgets.

She ensures seamless collaboration among stakeholders, delivering high-quality work while maintaining efficiency. Outside of work, Ei Ei is passionate about community support, mindfulness, and wellbeing. She enjoys swimming, refining her skills, and exploring innovative solutions in construction, while staying active and focused on personal growth.

THAN HTOO NYAN

With over 8 years in construction, Than is a skilled construction manager with expertise in project planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

He has successfully led teams, coordinated with clients, and tackled complex challenges to deliver high-quality projects. Passionate about continuous learning, his goal is to become an expert in civil engineering. Outside of work, Than enjoys playing piano, guitar, singing, and traveling, balancing creativity with his professional dedication.
